One of the most important roles on any building site is that of the project manager/site supervisor and Ravida has some of the industry’s best.
As a designer and builder of bespoke, luxury homes, we expect that every home will be different, which is why we place a firm emphasis on communication, flexible processes and attention to detail.
Open, honest and frequent communication between our client, design and building teams, ensures, everyone is always fully informed and on the same page.
Because we are not simply building the same home again and again, our flexible processes allow for variances in design styles, building techniques, materials and fittings – based on the specific needs and desires of each client.
We ensure our expert project managers/site supervisors can give an appropriately high level of focus and attention to each project by providing strong office support and by strictly limiting the number of projects they are required to manage at any one time.
This ensures each project runs smoothly, to meet Ravida’s stringent time, budget and quality objectives.
From your first meeting with us, to when we hand over the keys to your new home, and beyond, you can rest assured that Ravida has skills, resources and experience to manage every aspect of your project – making the process of creating your dream home as easy and enjoyable for you as it can possibly be.

Covid-19 Stage 4 Restrictions
Ravida is continuing to build under stage 4 restrictions, abiding by the state governments rules and guidelines. We are actively working with our dedicated trades and suppliers to minimise the impact to our current clients while maintaining everyone’s safety and our high standard of construction.
The office is now totally unattended with everyone working from home. The main phone has been diverted which means we have lost the ability to transfer calls, so please contact the people you have been dealing with directly on their mobile or e-mail.
